I’m Clara Mortensen, a wedding photographer, a storyteller, and above all—a visionary. Based in Stockholm but traveling across Scandinavia and Europe.

I believe that every wedding tells its own story, and my passion lies in understanding and embracing the details that make each celebration special. Whether it’s an intimate elopement in the mountains or a grand celebration in a historic venue, I thrive on translating emotions, aesthetics, and atmosphere into timeless, artistic imagery.

My style is a fusion of editorial elegance and documentary storytelling. I love the perfectly composed shots just as much as the candid, fleeting moments—the ones that truly capture the essence of the day.
At the heart of my work—and my life—is a deep belief in kindness. I believe that being kind is one of the most beautiful things we can give to others, and I bring that philosophy into everything I do. I want my couples to feel completely seen, knowing that I will not only document their wedding but also elevate it through my creative vision.

What I love photographing the most is people

I love to laugh, be happy, and meet people.
I’m often more interested in how things affect me than the things themselves. You could say I’m a deeply emotional person and can spend a lot of time analyzing feelings—both my own and others', the feeling in a room, or the feeling in a photo.

Something else I can spend a lot of time on is traveling the world for adventures, but small excursions work just as well.

Sometimes it’s more than enough to just go to the neighboring town for the day, maybe stay at a hotel, or why not just go have coffee at a nice spot?! Now that I think about it, I’d probably crown myself Northern Europe’s best 'small-trip enthusiast.' When we travel farther, we rarely go to the same place twice; I consider it a waste. 'We’ve already seen it, let’s go somewhere else!'

So, I guess I’m a restless soul too.
